Both black and white have transparent substrates, making them suitable for various HTS applications.
Black or white microplates help improve background, autofluorescence, and crosstalk.
Black microplates are used for fluorescence measurements, featuring minimal backscatter light and background fluorescence;
The white microplate is used for chemiluminescence measurements, featuring high reflectance and low autofluorescence.
