Working Principle
Bioland™ Ultrafiltration Tubes utilize the selective permeability of ultrafiltration membranes with specific pore sizes. These membranes allow water molecules and small solutes to pass through while retaining larger molecules. Driven by centrifugal force or pressure, the tubes effectively separate solvents from samples, achieving efficient concentration and purification.

With concentration factors up to 80-100×, these tubes are ideal for biological sample purification, protein concentration, desalting, and buffer exchange. Their reliable performance makes them essential tools in biopharmaceuticals, environmental monitoring, chemical analysis, and food processing.
