Wide-Orifice Pipette Tips are ideal for genomic DNA, fragile cell lines, and other viscous substances. Wide mouthed suction tips have a larger inner diameter, providing the flexibility needed to transfer difficult samples.

Specially designed for researchers studying large molecules such as genomic DNA, and highly suitable for transferring fragile cell line samples, such as macrophages, hybridoma cells, liver cells, etc. Using a standard suction head to remove these samples, when the samples pass through the narrow hole of the standard suction head, they will be subjected to mechanical shear force, causing cell damage and rupture. The use of wide mouthed suction tips will increase the survival ability of inoculated cells.
